Ben Gabler New Director of Hosting at IX Web Hosting

Ben Gabler is the new Director of Hosting at IX Web Hosting, the company announced recently. Mr. Gabler brings eight years experience in the web hosting field to the position, and is recognized as an expert on web hosting services.

According to IX Web Hosting, Mr. Gabler is expected to “deliver significant value” to the organization and will help extend the company’s position amongst the leading VPS, cloud environment and shared hosting providers. The company, a subsidiary of Ecommerce, Inc., recently launched advanced Cloud services and Mr. Gabler will be in charge of overseeing service and platform development during 2012.

Mr. Gabler’s eight years in the web hosting field saw him hold a number of leading positions including CEO at HostNine, LLC and COO at HostGator.com. Prior to joining IX Web Hosting he was Shared Hosting Product Manager at the UK2group where he was involved in overseeing the company’s core services. His arrival at IX Web Hosting is the first “major hiring change” at the company in over 12 months.
