HybridCluster Announces Version 2.0 of Storage, Replication and Web Clustering Software

Bristol, UK-based HybridCluster has announced version 2.0 of its storage, replication and web clustering software solution. HybridCluster provides a "self-healing" platform that allows cloud and hosting service providers to automatically recover from critical failures in seconds rather than hours or days. The solution is currently available to cloud and web hosting service providers and can be seen at HostingCon in Austin, Texas June 17, 2013 to June 19, 2013.

Established in 2008, HybridCluster, a SETsquared company, has offices in Europe and America and is supported by a number of industry veterans. The company provides services to cutting edge hosting providers in Europe and America. The company's HybridCluster 2.0 solution recovers from a series of local and even regional types of critical failure. The system takes regular snapshots of machines and automatically backs up data across machines. It also automatically migrates websites and applications. Its "self-healing" approach means HybridCluster continuously replicates data and automates recovery procedures both in a cluster and across clusters.

"Our self-healing platform enables hosting organizations to launch highly profitable HA services to their clients at a fraction of the cost of competing solutions," explained HybridCluster's CEO and Founder, Luke Marsden. "We dramatically reduce both capex and opex: our clustering software utilises low-cost hardware driving capex down and we fully automate the recovery processes when a server or site goes down".
