LuxCloud and The Jatis Group Partner for Cloud Computing Services in Southeast Asia

Recognizing Southeast Asia as a rapidly growing market, LuxCloud and The Jatis Group have partnered for the provision of Cloud Computing Services in Southeast Asia, it was announced recently. LuxCloud, a marketplace for cloud services, and IT and software consulting group Jatis, who has a major presence in Southeast Asia (including offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines) will work together on creating “region-specific cloud services”. According to the companies, their partnership will “maximize the best from both companies” and “substantially benefit” their customers by offering innovative services.

Founded in 2010, LuxCloud offers an SaaS delivery platform that offers provisioning and billing automation. The company’s range of services include Microsoft Hosted Services such as Hosted365 – a reseller bundle that allows “service providers, telecom operators, and value added resellers” to deliver Web-based versions of Microsoft Office programs. Additionally, the company’s offerings include “commodity, proprietary and open source software applications”.

Headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, Jatis was founded in 1997 and is the “leading provider of wealth management services in Indonesia”, catering to over 400 international corporate clients. Jatis will migrate its applications to the cloud and offer them as a ‘bundle’ to customers in Southeast Asia alongside LuxCloud’s solutions.
