I can't praise them highly enough.
I've had never had a problem with any of the sites hosted at Gigapros server. Their control panel is intuitive and powerful. The service offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL, and all that good stuff. For me, it is the principal aggregate value. So far, a very happy customer. It is really quite excellent and offers excellent value for a relatively low cost.

Servers are stable and fast
I can definitely say that they are the most professional, understanding, and hard-working host I've ever come across from my years of experience developing websites. I think the deciding factor, after price, features, and reputation, was that Gigapros is US-based. Servers are stable and fast, support is very professional! They are always helpful and friendly no matter how simple or complex my questions are.

Packages include many great tools
The service and features Gigapros offers to a user like myself cannot be beaten. I find the pricing unbelievable in this day and age. They are efficient and have always helped solve whatever issue I'm having (not always the friendliest, but I guess that's part of the efficiency really). I have been with them for about eight months and must say that they met my expectations. I'm the webmaster for about a half dozen sites. Packages include many great tools, easy to use with very good video training available.

Solidly reliable, highly expedient!
Gigapros goes above and beyond all other web hosting that I've tried. And I've tried many. Features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price (visit their website and you'll see what I mean). My customer support questions are answered within 1 hour. The answers I receive are clear and very helpful. They are solidly reliable, highly expedient at tech support and really competitive for the pricing.

Professional and efficient web host
After my website had been hacked and the back up was a rewrite of the hack, I called tech-support and a representative named Michael was amazing. He was able to restore my site with a Word Press back up in under three minutes. Gigapros team was professional, and efficient, saved me a huge headache! Two thumbs up.

The downtime is almost non-existent.
I am under the impression on Gigapros hosting services! Thanks for giving me this opportunity to let you know what a terrific job you're doing. I'm sure your other existing customers already know how great you are, but please feel free to quote anything I've said for use in promoting your services to potential customers. I built my site through their web builder option. I like them. The downtime is almost non-existent and the support was outstanding.

Friendly, Patient, Helpful.
I use Gigapros and I highly recommend their hosting solutions for the wonderful customer support. For a user that is more or less inexperienced with the process of web hosting, I found the resources of Gigapros very helpful. Additional, every representative I have spoken to is friendly, patient, helpful and very concerned with providing me with the best service they can offer!

I recommend them every chance I get!
The reviews here were spot on with respect to Gigapros provider. The support is top-notch; they were quick to answer my questions and proactively ask me if I needed assistance. My website's uptime has been 100%. Support has been above & beyond happy to help on easy stuff as well as tough questions. This provider has added support for more options as time has gone by. I recommend them every chance I get! They got my account and domain setup in less than 10 minutes. This is great, I love this web host.

Like control panel, has many features.
The control panel interface is fairly intuitive and it's easy to manage most things through their web interface. Anything you can't figure out can be resolved with a quick email or support call. Another good point also, is the lack of downtime - really good. I work on other sites for clients, hosted with a variety of popular hosts and regularly find that they go offline during the night, for server upgrades, maintenance. You know, guys, everything has only ever been good and I do recommend Gigapros provider!

I am really glad that my site is hosted by Gigapros because they conquered this good rating when they have helped and solved some problems which occurred during the purchase and payment. Nice-featured web hosting!
In the time I have been with Gigapros hosting provider, I haven't had a client come to me and complain. I myself, and all my websites never had a problem. The quality of the hosting is very good due to the great uptime, fast servers, and helpful customer support. One word - Professionals.
The folks at Gigapros have been awesome for each problem/issue I have created due to a need. Usually the response is within minutes of sending and never closed before they know you are happy. Everything is still running unbelievably smoothly, and I don't think there's been a single unplanned/unannounced downtime. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. This hosting showing very reliable so far. easy to manage and easy to install websites.

The admin panel is a breeze to use
It is just a great host, i started using it and it has been great for me. Needless to say, you'll have no such worries with Gigapros web host. Whenever I have had any issues, I've received prompt responses by email. So much so, I've not yet needed to call them (on their Skype)! The admin panel is a breeze to use and their support is second to none. I look forward to many years working with them.

Great prices and great reliability.
Great value for money and many packages to suit individual needs. I'd recommend Gigapros to pretty much anyone... small website owners and large ones. Great prices and great reliability. I must add that their cheap hosting is much faster than regular hosting I'd used before I chose this host.

Impressive support.

Good speed, helpful tech care!
As others have noted, support is very responsive and I've never waited more than 15 minutes or so for a response. I started using Gigapros a few months back on the recommendation of a co-worker of mine. I'm amazed at the level of service that they provide given the price they charge. It has been a very pleasant 3 months of service.

Professional technical support.
Gigapros provides superb support... I tend to place fairly technical support calls. In over 20 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never had worse than 15 mins first response, usually with an appropriate resolution. Calls that took longer clearly needed to take longer.

Great featured hosting.
Really, if you are going to host any website (but not adult related), use Gigapros web host, they deserve your business. They even re-installed my content management system for me after they found out the problem I had stemmed from me installing the wrong version. Great features. I can't imagine being happier with a hosting service.

I've never had a problem they couldn't fix.
Great support. I'm 100% satisfied with the service and customer support as well. Highly recommend them. I've never had a problem they couldn't fix, and fast. All my support requests are handled under 5 minutes. Prices are great but not the cheapest. Very prompt and thorough.

Uptime has been excellent.
It's the best. You can enter a service request in and most of the time it will be answered within minutes. I like Gigapros web host because it provides really fast ssd hosting services. Uptime and support have been excellent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes.
