Absolutely outstanding.
Their technical support is absolutely outstanding, without question the best I've experienced from any technology company. Not only it is 24/7 but it is often pretty much instantaneous! And in my case they've shown incredible patience in dealing with an inexperience customer!

One of the best support teams I have ever engaged with.
I had a history of moving from one hosting provider to another. It was always an inconvenience for me. Finally it stopped at Planethoster. So, what was special about them? I have one word for it - "support".

Work well.
No drama here; their server works well and responds quickly even when it's busy. The control panel is neat, so I don't have to spend a lot of time on regular maintenance. When I called support, they fixed the problem right away without any pointless back-and-forth.

Fantastic hosting provider.
