Student, budget VPS
I'm a CS student and needed a cheap VPS for a class project. Got the Ferrum plan for 1 euro. Had to do KYC but it took like 10 minutes. Server runs Ubuntu, no issues. It's not the fastest but for 1 euro what do you expect? Works fine for learning and small scripts. Good for students on a budget.
