Always polite and friendly.
I usually get a reply within an hour, and they're always polite and friendly. 10 out of 10 for QHoster customer service! I really enjoy my hosting experience dealing with them. The higher cost is definitely worth the reduced hassle and headaches.

Highly recommend them.
For the price, it is amazing. QHoster web hosting provider offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL and all that good stuff. On the few times, that I have had issues, they have responded with lightening speed.

QHoster is in the power to stand everyone in good stead. It offers 99.9% network uptime guarantee. It means that your website will be up and running at least 99.9% of the time during any 12-month period. If you have small online business, shared hosting plan is the best solution.

Great speed, great support.
It happened so that we decided to change our web host and transfer all files to QHoster hosting provider. We raised lots of tickets as we had never moved hosts before and needed some help. Great speed, great support, great reliability. I'd definately recommend them to others.

Nice reliability, service and support.
I'm hosting multiple domains at QHoster cPanel web hosting account, using just the $5/month Linux plan. I feel that this package is well-suited for all individuals and small business - a great alternative to many traditional hosts. The pricing is also extremely fair, especially when considering their reliability, service and support.

I can’t say good enough.
I'm not kidding. The QHoster support team is wonderful. I can’t say good enough. I opened a site with them as they were the hosts that my online marketing education sugested. I've been with them 30 days. And it took half that time for me to decide to move my blog from another host. I now have two sites with them. Everything works good.

Professional one.
My overall experience with the support at QHoster is good, yet it could have been better,but at least they helped me. Waiting time for support is between couple mins to 30 mins max, which is almost the best within server providers. When I first launched the site, I had a lot of issues with downtime (2-3 hrs per day), which was really annoying. But after the first month or so, downtime became non-existent, and now everything is normal.

The features are excellent
Generally 100% uptime... Lots of nice features like SSH. They are knowledgeable and very quick to resolve any issues. The features are excellent and pricing is competitive. QHoster is good cheap hosting provider. The supports good and they always seem prepared to go out of their way to get things done.

The price is right for us!
I'm so glad to have found QHoster managed cPanel VPS in Italy, I like the pricing. The Hardware and telecommunication resources are completely redundant to the needs. The control panel makes it easy to do pretty much everything I've wanted, and I've had no problems with uptime for the most part.

Excellent stuff for open source project like Joomla, Mambo, Wordpress, Drupal, etc. and good prices and tutorial for all level´s knowledge people. The pricing offered by QHoster is competitive - you will get what you pay for.

Perfect Windows RDP VPS solutions!
I have to highly recommend QHoster for their excellent customer service and the technical expertise. The service itself works as a Swiss watch. That is really good provider and really good service. I also like Windows RDP VPS solutions - really cool.

They helped us a lot to solve the trouble.
Our website never had a fault and the contact from QHoster to inform us of downtime was always informative and short. I believe the only unscheduled downtime we experienced in three months was when we did something wrong with backups - they helped us a lot to solve the trouble.

Highly recomended them!
Good plans and amazing 24 hour support. I've been with a lot of hosts, and QHoster is by far the best. Easy to setup with them, and they setup the servers quick. Only regret is no help desk style to review past tickets, and no forums to talk with other users. But I highly recomended them.

Very helpful on resolving problems
I had no hesitation in recommending QHoster to my boss for one of our clients through work. Will continue to use QHoster for as long as physically possible. The ordering process is pretty simple and easy to follow, and I got my answers though the FAQ section for few things, and got the rest from the support, which they are very helpful on resolving two sticking issues I have.

Speed and uptime are great!
I started using QHoster web hosting in Netherlands several months ago. I would have to say that the customer support is unbeatable. Speed and uptime proved that this hosting provider is seriously in business and not part time workers. So no hassles of calling and request for re-configurations.

QHoster has provided good hosting!
I've been using QHoster steadily for the past year for my website and reseller service. I've also used them a number of years ago as well. Overall, I am very happy with the services QHoster has provided and will continue on with them. The only thing I would like to see in the future is an upgraded HTML editor.

Chat support is 24/7 online
So far I have been very pleased. I have not noticed any downtime or slow browsing speed. Some of my sites are Drupal, so database speed is important. I know from personal experience that QHoster chat support is 24/7 online and I personally use it quite a lot. I really appreciate all the work they did for me and want to thank their team.
