Cloud and Data Center Infrastructure Management Software Company Egenera Wins Cloud Computing Excellence Award

Cloud and data center infrastructure management software company Egenera has won the 2014 Cloud Computing Excellence Award for its Egenera Cloud Suite. With headquarters in Boxborough, Massachusetts, Egenera operates globally catering to data centers, service providers and government agencies.

The company’s Egenera Cloud Suite offers “the most comprehensive cloud management and data center management software solution” available. It “combines PAN Cloud Director, PAN Manager and PAN Domain Manager” to provide a world-class cloud management software platform which simplifies the cloud deployment and management by allowing users to blend physical, virtual and public cloud resources.

Managed by TMC, the Cloud Computing Excellence Award is presented by Cloud Computing magazine. The awards acknowledge companies that “leveraged cloud computing” to establish new and superior offerings. The 2014 award results were announced by press release but will soon be published in Cloud Computing magazine.
