Cloud-based Association Management Software Provider Protech Associates, Inc. on 2013-14 Cloud Awards Program Shortlist

Cloud-based association management software provider Protech Associates, Inc. has been listed on the 2013-14 Cloud Awards Program Shortlist in the Best Software as a Service (US) category. Established in 1984, and with headquarters in Columbia, Maryland, USA, Protech Associates offers solutions that leverage and are certified for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Protech competed against 200 organizations from all parts of the world that entered the 2013-2014 Cloud Awards (including the United States, Canada, Australasia and countries in the EMEA region). The awards aim to recognize "excellence in the field of cloud computing" and are open to organizations of any size, including start-ups. This year's categories included Best Cloud Infrastructure, Data Innovation of the Year, Best in Mobile Cloud Solution, Most Promising Start-Up and Best Software as a Service.

"For Protech to be shortlisted in the Best Software as a Service (US) category of the 2013-14 Cloud Awards program is a special honor," explained Protech's CEO, Brian Bruffey. "We are passionate about helping associations deliver exceptional member experiences, and by offering our association management as a subscription service in the cloud, we are now able to offer world-class software to associations that previously did not have the resources for an enterprise-level system. We are delighted to be recognized among the other nominees for our success in delivering on our vision."

This is not the first time Protech has been recognized for awards, the company has received the Microsoft President’s Club award a number of times. It has also twice been given Microsoft Distinction in Marketing Award and is a Microsoft partner with a Gold Competency in CRM.
