IaaS cloud service provider PeakColo has joined the new VMware Cloud Credits Purchasing Program. Launched in Las Vegas at VMware Partner Exchange 2013, the program allows service providers to gain revenue through the sale of prepaid credits used for hybrid or public cloud services offered on a subscription basis by approved VMware Service Provider Partners.

PeakColo, a Denver, Colorado-based company, is a "100% channel-centric cloud provider" and the program offers its channel partners a starting point to PeakColo’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud platform. It also provides access to on-demand cloud services in the US and UK. PeakColo cloud services options are offered as a white label offerings and provide full training, orientation, and commission programs. By white-labeling PeakColo’s cloud services, resellers and agents can develop their own cloud brand without the capital expenditure required to set up their own products.

PeakColo’s IaaS platform is positioned in Type II SSAE 16 and SOC 2 data centers in across the United States (Seattle, Denver, Chicago, New Jersey, New York) and in Europe (United Kingdom), giving it one of the fastest clouds in the marketplace. The company has grown around 300% over the last two years.

"The VMware Cloud Credits Purchasing Program brings the Solution Provider and Service Provider communities together, to create a unique value proposition for both,” explained VMware Cloud Service Provider Program Senior Director, Geoff Waters. “We are pleased to have PeakColo participating in the VMware Cloud Credits Purchasing Program, and we look forward to their continued success."
