Java Cloud Hosting Platform Company Jelastic Integrates Eclipse IDE into Jelastic Platform

Java cloud hosting platform company Jelastic has developed a plug-in for the integration of Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE) into the Jelastic Platform. Eclipse is the most popular IDE for Java development and its integration will facilitate easier deployment of Java apps in the Cloud through this platform. Developers will now be able to manage deployments and hosting environments without switching between the IDE and their browser.

The Jelastic Platform as a Service (PaaS) received the Java community´s leading accolade in 2012 - the Duke´s Choice Award. The platform is designed to simplify deployment of Java apps on Cloud hosting and supports integration build systems such as Ant, Maven, Hudson and Jenkins. Now the solution is integrated with Eclipse IDE Java EE web application developers can log in to Jelastic and deploy apps directly from Eclipse. Developers can also manage user environments and access server log files through Eclipse.
