San Diego Cloud Computing Company Agile IT Performs Well in 2012
San Diego cloud computing company Agile IT's end of year results show the company performed well last year, increasing revenues from $1.5 million in 2011 to $3 million in 2012. The company attributes its success on a focus on "fixed price" cloud computing and Office 365 migration solutions. The company - which ranks in the top 0.5% of Microsoft Cloud solution providers worldwide - also received a number of key awards in 2012.
Established in 2006 Agile IT was founded by a former Microsoft Business Technology consultant. In 2012 it helped transition 25,000 desk-based computing users to cloud-based services through its AgileAscend Office 365 Migration solution. "Agile IT has firmly set our mark as best-in-class solution provider for enterprise and SMB cloud computing leveraging mature Microsoft collaboration technologies," explained company founder, John Gilham.
The company's focus on quality services paid off when it was included in the CRN Next-Gen 250 List of solution providers. Microsoft also awarded the company's Enterprise Consulting Solutions Group six "gold competencies" - a level of accreditation fewer than a dozen Microsoft partners anywhere in the world have achieved.
"This year has been great for Agile IT," added Mr. Gilham. "We have been recognized with several prestigious awards, and seen sales rise as businesses continue to leverage the benefits of the cloud."
